What are Plus Points?
Plus Points are our way of saying an extra thankyou for being a loyal customer. Each point is worth 2p and as you get 1 point allocated for every £1 you spend, you will be able to treat yourself to something extra in no time at all.
How do I sign up to collect Plus Points online?
You simply need to create an account with us, and log in to your account each time you make a new purchase. Our system will automatically calculate your new points each time you shop and add them to your points balance. If you are already registered on our website, you dont need to do anything. The system will start allocating points to you next time you buy something.
What about in the shops?
You can also collect Plus Points on purchases made in one of our shops. These are allocated on the same basis but are only redeemable instore. Your instore Plus Points account balance can be redeemed in any of our three shops irrespective of where the points were accrued, however the points collected online are only redeemable online.
How do I spend my online Plus Points?
Once you've signed up you can start collecting points on everything you buy. You can spend your points any time, there is no expiry date. When you get to the checkout simply tick the 'pay with points' button and the system will do the rest. You'll need to have the full amount of points for the product you choose, and the system will only enable the 'pay with points' button when you have enough to pay for an item. The total price in points will simply be taken from your Plus Points balance.
How do I check my online Plus Points balance?
You can check your balance at any time by logging into your account and clicking the 'view my points' button
