I honestly want to buy almost everything from the catalogue as soon as it lands here, and when I browse the website (making sure my husband is safely parked in front of Top Gear) I cannot understand women who take men shopping for clothes - HOW much? Do you REALLY need another of those? etc etc.
I discovered Box 2 from an offer you did via Good Housekeeping 2 or 3 years back (free pearls); your office staff are so efficient and helpful, and the shop staff too. One never feels large, just very well catered for, and stylish.

"Just wanted to drop you a few lines regarding my visit today to the Kendal store.
My daughter and I were looking for something for me to wear to a September wedding, didn't want to spend too much money as I am a lowly guest and also wanted something to be able to wear after the event. We arrived about lunchtime to be met by a lovely lady,who greeted us warmly and allowed us a few minutes to look around. When my daughter found a rather nice silk jacket for me this lovely lady treated us to her skills. She brought out additions to the jacket, made suggestions and was not miffed when I declined them and searched upstairs for me to find my size in the other 2 items I elected to buy along with the jacket.
I had been dreading finding something suitable, I usually shop in the USA for my clothes and will infact be flying out 4 days after the wedding, so I was rather despairing of finding the "perfect" something over here.
I found the perfect something in Box 2 and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience, thanks to the lovely lady who's name I did not catch.
The website said I would be made welcome and we were. We will be back, well done Box 2 , the only UK plus size clothing store where I can honestly say I enjoyed shopping. THANK YOU"

However, a special mention must go to my new silk/linen dark grey Grizas top. Every time I wear it, which is quite often
because it's a dream to wear, people tell me how lovely it is. Even strangers are asking me where I got it from.
It doesn't need ironing and was a fantastic item to take away on holiday as it travelled very well. I have just purchased a
silk scarf from Margo Selby which is a mix of silk/lycra and it is the perfect accessory to go with this top.
Please don't stop selling this brand and I look forward to ordering lots more from this designer in the future.
