Buying a franchise with Box 2 was certainly the wisest business decision we have ever made. It was a huge undertaking and involved a lot of work (rather like buying a house), but the whole process was made so much easier by the flexible attitude and helpful guidance of Nicky and Steve Allen, the owners of Box 2.
We really feel we are part of a large family. Since opening we have felt extremely well supported and advised, and we have never felt we are left to cope on our own.
