Payment
For added security all of the payments made online are hosted by Secure Hosting. Secure Hosting are one of the UK's leading electronic payment providers and have the systems and experience to ensure your card payment is totally safe. Your refunds will also be processed using the same system. You can pay using Maestro, Solo, credit or debit card. The only card we do not accept is American Express.
Delivery charges
All of our parcels are delivered using Royal Mail unless a courier service is requested by you, which can be arranged. Postage charges are as follows:

Parcels that are sent with Royal Mail using our standard 2nd class recorded delivery option can take 5-6 working days. However Royal Mail will not take responsibility for loss or damage for up to 15 working days from the date the parcel was sent. We do endeavour to send your parcel to you as quickly as possible but please allow a maximum of 28 days delivery.

The fit of clothes will depend on the cut and fabric of the garment but, to help with your ordering we have calculated an approximate size guide.

The bust measurements are taken from the widest party of the bust, the hip measurement from eight inches below your natural waist or your widest part.
Trouser lengths are given in inches on the inside or outside of the leg as stated (all sizes are approximate). We are unable to give skirt lengths for bias cut skirts as the items are longer on the hanger but come up shorter when worn so are difficult to measure.
Lengths of tops and jackets are measured from the centre back unless otherwise stated.
Returns
As a small company we ask that mail order returns are sent back to us within 7 days of receipt. Goods returned within 7 days will be refunded. Please use the returns note included in your parcel or the exchange section for changes of sizes, colours etc.
Stock Availability
Whilst we make every effort to ensure that this website is up-to-date it is not possible to ensure that all items are always available when you order.
NB: Certain items may be out of stock online but could well still be available at your local Box 2 shop.
All orders are accepted subject to availability of the goods. If any ordered goods are not readily available to us, we will inform you as soon as possible. For the avoidance of doubt other goods ordered by you will be dispatched in the normal way.
International Orders
Orders being sent to the Channel Islands or non EEC countries are VAT free. .
