Shopping Information
The Best Way To Order
The quickest way to order is by phone; we can talk you through your order and offer assistance with regards to sizing etc.
If e-mailing or shopping on line please include a daytime telephone number so we can contact you should we need to. When ordering from the catalogue, please state page numbers, colours and sizes.
Postage is £4.95 for orders of any size. Goods are normally in stock and will be sent the same day if ordered before 2pm.
Postage normally takes 3 working days or we do offer a next day express delivery service on request
(Mon – Fri) for £9.95.
Saturday delivery is available for an additional £12.95 on orders and payments received before 12 noon on Friday.
As a small company we ask that mail order returns are sent back to us within 7 days. Goods returned within 7 days of receipt will be refunded. When returning items please enclose the returns form provided.
We recommend that you use a registered service when returning items.
Stock Availability
Whilst we make every effort to ensure that this website is up-to-date it is not possible to ensure that all items are always available when you order.
NB: Certain items may be out of stock online but could well still be available at your local Box 2 shop.
All orders are accepted subject to availability of the goods. If any ordered goods are not readily available to us, we will inform you as soon as possible. For the avoidance of doubt other goods ordered by you will be dispatched in the normal way.
Payment
You can pay by Maestro, debit card or credit card.
Please remember to give all card numbers we will need (the long number across the middle of the card, the expiry date, issue number for Maestro cards and the valid from date if your card does not have an issue number).
We do not accept personal cheques but will take bankers drafts and postal orders.
International Orders
Orders being sent to the Channel Islands or non EEC countries are VAT free. For all orders sent abroad we charge exact postage according to the post office rates once the parcel has been sent.
Size Guide
To help with your orders we have calculated an approximate size guide. The bust measurements are taken from the widest part of the bust, the hip measurement from eight inches below your natural waist or your widest part.

Trouser lengths are given in inches for the outside or inside leg as stated (all sizes are approximate). We are unable to give skirt lengths for bias cut skirts as these items are longer on the hanger but do come up shorter when worn so are difficult to measure. |
